Please be aware that exchanges will be created after the returned items are inspected and approved.

You have two options:
A. You can either email us the piece you want in exchange for the one you sent back. Your desired item might be out of stock because we cannot guarantee item availability. We will then email you to select another design.

B. If you want an exchange with a particular design, create a new purchase immediately so you can grab your piece while it is available, and that means you will pay the new item until the old payment is refunded.
You will pay shipping fees for any exchanges or returns done online.

Steps for returning an order online:ย 
โ€ข โ You will create a return form online through our website. This is only applicable if you made your order with your email. Please log in to your account on the website.

โ€ข Your username is the email address that you created your order with. You will automatically receive an email with your login code. Then, you will find all our orders listed and a โ€œReturnโ€ Button on your right-hand side.ย

โ€ข When the item is brought back to the Central International Warehouse, we will inspect the quality and send out an email.

โ€ข If your return item is unused, in perfect condition, and all tags are attached - your return will be accepted.ย Untagged items will not be accepted.

โ€ขย When you package your item for return, please remember that you must write your order number in your return package. If you do not do so, we are unable to track which return is whose.
Please write your order number (the one in your email or WhatsApp confirmation message) in a piece of paper and place it inside the returned package.

โ€ขย Money will be returned through a bank wire transfer. In the email, we will send you a screenshot of your return confirmation.

You will receive your refund the same way you paid. You will receive cash from the courier if you paid cash and will receive the payment on your card automatically if you paid through card. It varies slightly from bank to bank when the money shows up in your account, but it should be within 7 to 14 working days.ย 

The return and exchange process takes a maximum of 10 working days.
